Welcome to Onboard! By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Description

Onboard is a distraction-free productivity timer that transforms work and study sessions into a virtual travel experience, helping users focus in a calming environment.

2. Use of the App

You may use Onboard for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Onboard offers the following subscription plans and in-app purchases:

Subscriptions are auto-renewable and will be charged to your Apple ID account unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

To manage or cancel your subscription:
Go to Settings on your iOS device → tap your name → tap Subscriptions → select Onboard and manage your subscription.

Payments and refunds are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

4. User Data

Onboard stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect personal data or use third-party tracking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and materials within Onboard are the property of the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or performance of any part of the app without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Onboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or via email (if applicable). Continued use of Onboard after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
